Our development director engages with a robust network of connections throughout Hollywood—from co-agents at the top agencies to producers, directors, writers, and talent—to sell the film and television rights for our books. In certain cases, we actively participate in the development process, helping shape the creative vision for adaptation and packaging pitches to bring to production companies.
